In-store Refund Policy
PLEASE NOTE REFUNDS ON JEWELLERY ITEMS WILL ONLY BE GIVEN IN THE FOLLOWING CIRCUMSTANCES
• WHERE THE GOODS DO NOT CORRESPOND WITH THEIR DESCRIPTION
• WHERE THE GOODS ARE NOT FIT FOR PURPOSE
• WHERE THE GOODS ARE NOT OF SATISFACTORY QUALITY
If you wish to return goods for other reasons, this will be at the discretion of management. If a return is authorised, we shall do so only in exchange of goods of equal value, or, by issue of a credit note and this discretionary decision will only be considered within 14-days from the date of purchase.
FOR HEALTH REASONS WE DO NOT ACCEPT THE RETURN OF ANY EARRINGS OR BODY PIERCING JEWELLERY. YOU MUST BRING YOUR RECEIPT FOR ANY REFUNDS TO TAKE PLACE.
Online Refund Policy
All of our products are covered by a 28-day returns policy for items that are damaged in transit or if you have just changed your mind. Simply put - if you're not happy, we're not happy!
Items must be returned within 28-days of receipt and in the condition, you received them, unworn and with their security seal and/or bag intact. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase that was sent with your package.
Jewellery and watches must remain in the sealed clear polythene bag that the item was received in and with the security seal and unique reference number label intact. Please note that once this clear security bag has been opened the item will not be returnable and refundable.
Handbags and other designer goods must have their security tag still attached and unique reference number label. Please note that once this security tag has been removed the item will not be returnable and refundable.
To start a return, you can contact us at sales@pickwickjewellers.co.uk. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions of how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. If you wish to return the item to a store by hand please request this in your return email.

Damaged Items
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Processing your refund
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Unavailable stock
Our stock is sold both in-store and online and whilst we will endeavour to ensure we complete your order to your satisfaction, due to the possibility of an item selling in-store at the same time as an online order is placed, this may not always be possible. If this situation arises, we shall inform you as soon as possible that the goods are no longer available for purchase and the sale will be cancelled. Where monies have been received, a refund made without delay.

Watches: 12-months (fashion watches such as Gucci/Armani etc: 28-days)
